Consultation and engagement programmes for the Forestry Commission
As well as the planning, this project included timetabling, project management, branding the site and providing all of the necessary promotional support materials.
In the process a three-stage market research programme was undertaken. This included meetings, inputs, and formal field and web-based questionnaires. The data from these were then analysed, the community’s reactions summarised and the communications programme confirmed.
